make yourself tired,and take a deep sleep
maybe listen music which you like,or find a place without people to shout at air until you feel better,or take a bath.

If angry, my solution will be to "explode" alone in a locked room

Music can relieve any bad mood...
Just starting with a genre of music which reflects your mood(so as to put yourself  in the beat Cheesy) then changing progressively the genre of music to one that suits your situation.

Hope anyone understands by that "therapy" Roll Eyes

Has anyone tried to drive full speed on motorcycle alone?Cheesy And cry out loud when doing it Grin
Or less risky, just take a vehicle and drive where you want without, risking anyone's life, just to relax.

Specially riding full speed with a 3/4 helmet because it's as if you are being slapped
That's why not using full face helmet rotfl
But one should mind about the fuel Undecided

I think someone already suggested exercise but it's one that works very well and it keep one healthy.
So when you're angry with yourself , use the anger to hate yourself and create a want to do exercise because for physical exercise usually need human perseverance to be executed Roll Eyes

Well.. Last year I used to eat crunchy foods (like chips, snacks) when I feel stressed. Now I listen to music particularly encouraging ones so that I can switch my sight to the bright side... or lie down on my bed and hug my pillow.. or cooking!xD
Oh yeah, it sometimes work for me.. Have a shower and wash your face thoroughly to feel fresh =)
